To extend the lifespan of submersible sewage pumps, most manufacturers, both domestic and international, are developing pump protection systems that automatically generate alarms and shut down the pump for repairs when faults such as leakage, overload, and overtemperature occur.
However, we believe that installing a protection system in sewage pumps is essential, as it effectively safeguards the safe operation of the electric pump. However, this is not the crux of the matter. A protection system is merely a remedial measure after a pump failure, a relatively passive approach. The key lies in addressing the root cause and thoroughly resolving pump problems such as sealing and overload. This is a more proactive approach.
To this end, we have applied our impeller hydrodynamic sealing technology and pump-free overload design to submersible sewage pumps, significantly improving the pump's sealing reliability and load-bearing capacity, thereby extending its service life.
